If a tutor is 5+ minutes late to lesson, the tutor will extend this time to the end of a session or reschedule the missed session for another time.

If a tutor fails to attend a lesson entirely without forewarning, they will be required to reschedule the lesson at the earliest possibility. As no tuition has been provided, you will not be charged for this session.

If a student is late to attend a lesson, it is at the discretion of the tutor as to whether the missed lesson time is appended to the end of the session. If a tutor is unable to extend the lesson to allow for the student’s late attendance, you will still be charged the full rate.

If a student does not attend a lesson and gives no forewarning of their inability to attend, you will still be charged the full rate for the tutor’s time. If a student is not able to attend and has valid reasons for missing a session, the tutor may try and organise another session for the student to attend or have a 30 minute one to one session at a time convenient to the tutor. (please note, this will only happen on no more than three occasions).

The Student to complete any homework or assignments set by the Tutor in a timely manner as agreed.

Please do not share login details with any other person or have anyone else in the background participating in the session without the tutor knowing.

Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the website so that students, parents and carers can access and review at a later time.

If you wish to report a problem or have feedback regarding your child’s tutoring/tutor, you must communicate this directly Haribibi Education via the appropriate channels and not with the tutor. You can contact a company director at haribibiedu@gmail.com and they will resolve the issue at hand or relay necessary feedback.

Haribibi Education reserves the right to refuse services to patrons for improper behaviour. This includes rude conduct towards tutors or members of staff. Please be polite and respectful when communicating via email or over the phone.

Payment

Haribibi Education uses Stripe as the method of payment. You will be required to book sessions either weekly or in monthly.

Once payment is made, an email will be sent to confirm payment. If payment is not received then your child may not be tutored.

Haribibi Education may adjust their fees at any time and will provide the Student/parents with 30 days written notice in such cases.
